 Ensures provision of Transport Services and are adequate and that safety and security rules and regulations are strictly adhered by the Drivers both NKOM and Sub Con.
 Ensures optimum utilization and maintenance of our NKOM owned Vehicles (PM & CM), Visiting the Work shop to monitor the vehicle maintenance physically, and to verify the invoices of the Preventive and Corrective maintenance on regular basis for Section Manager Approval.
 Closely monitors daily activities of Transport section, timely Pickup and Drop off through safety and proper planning, ensuring quality Services provided to clients (Internal & External) and maintain good standards to achieve our KPI records on monthly basis.
 Responsible for the welfare, discipline, morale and career development of the Transport Section staffs, including training and developing them.
 Carries out essential administration duties, including having proper records, and management of related finance budgets and accounts.
 Verifying all the invoices monthly from the rental companies and submission for Section Manager Approval.
 Verifying NKOM drivers and Sub Contractors Drivers monthly time sheets for approval of Section Manager.
 Compiling the reports for all Transport issues for submission to Management.
 Conducts daily briefing for all our drivers including Subcontractors to ensure fullest safety and defensive driving.
 Ensures All the drivers and admin staffs abide to the safety rules and regulations outlined by the company.
 Ensure to provide good services to clients (Internal & External) with a safe and comfortable journey while they are in our Company without any complaints.
