Design and developing Bitumen plant project as per customer requirements.
Emulsion plant, PMB plant, Cutback plant, HMA plant. Bitumen 60/70 terminal. penetration grade Bitumen, modified bitumen

• Selection and commissioning of Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant & Bitumen Emulsion plant from MASSENZA S.R.L.
• Selection and commissioning of CUTBACK production plant from MASSENZA S.R.L.
• Safe and efficient Operation of BITUMEN TERMINAL of 15, 000 MT capacities. (Inventory management by daily gauging, Coordinating the Logistics operations.)
• Design & development of mixer for manufacturing PMB using Elvaloy RET in coordination with TekFALT.
• Design & Fabrication of Bitumen Tanks ( 50 MT & 30 MT capacity) (Horizontal & Vertical Tank)
• Design & Fabrication of storage tank for Cutbacks and Emulsions.
• Selection of the Thermal Oil Boiler by calculating the heat load required to run the whole plant.
• Implementation of QMS(Quality Management System) for bitumen trading division to get ISO 9001:2015
? Manufacturing of bituminous products like SS1h, CSS1h emulsions, Rubberized emulsions, Cut back (MC-70) bitumen and PMB(Performance Grade bitumen).
?Supporting technically all the projects and defending the specification of our product with project specification.
? Sale of Cut back bitumen (MC-70), Tack coat (SS1h) and Rubberized emulsion within Oman and technical supporting to get approval by consultants.
? Operation & maintenance of PMB plant, Asphalt plant. Asphalt mix design & quality control of PMB as per International standard like AASHTO and ASTM.
?Sound knowledge over different grades of bitumen (penetration grade, Oxidized grade & Performance Grade) and Bituminous product.
? Laboratory set up and management for testing PMB, Asphalt, Emulsions and cutbacks( instruments like DSR, RTFO, Penetration, Softening point, Ductility, Brookefield viscometer etc.).
? Maintaining the existing market and developing the new market for the company product.
?Building the long term relationship with specifiers in order to the company product to be specified in all major projects. Also defending the existing specification against project specification where company product has not been specified.
?Finding the new areas for sales growth.
? Working in the network of Consultant, Contractor and supporting the contractor technically for the product to get approved by consultant.
Also having the sound technical knowledge about all of our product range (SBS modified membrane, APP modified membrane, Self adhesive membrane, Water based Bituminous Emulsion).
In the field of purchasing
? Coordinating with production head and stores for keeping track of raw materials.
?Maintaining sufficient stock of raw materials for the efficient and smooth running of production unit.
?Sourcing the new suppliers for all the raw materials like Bitumen, SBS, APP, IPP, Polyester, Fiber glass, Poly Ethylene foil, Siliconised foil and speciality chemicals like Emulsifier, Defoamer, Preservatives, Rubber latex and thickener etc.
? Contacting suppliers and negotiating with them for the price and payment terms.
? Costing of the finished good based on the cost of raw materials.
? Handling import documents and LC in coordination with finance and accounts department in case of foreign purchase.
? Maintaining supplier details and stock details at all times.
? Issuing weekly /monthly report on raw material status as and when requested.
As Production Engineer
?Planning weekly & monthly production schedule against the production planning given by production manager.
? Managing the manpower available in Production and mixing department and coordinating the process.
?Good knowledge of various types of bitumen mixer (PMB mixer, Filler mixer), Pumps and Valves used in bitumen transportation.
