Customer service associate for the opening batch of Tekzone and helps in correcting and improving the operation standards. Provides excellent customer service as a role model in the team. Co-ordinates with the operation team to achieve daily sales targets and maintenance team to ensure that the games & equipment are in good condition. A key player in team-building activities and conducts appraisal programs to appreciate and recognize the efforts of the team members. Innovates new sales techniques through the market observation and customer feedbacks and cascades it to the marketing team. Handling customer complaints and issues and resolving them in a professional manner to endure the brand values. Helps the team to create new layouts and designs of the attractions as well as ensuring that the brand standards are maintained.
Works as frontline customer service executive for verifying the documents from the clients to examine the legitimacy of the same. Manages record books by segregating the documents for specified division and to complete any given task at the appointed time. Handles the Data Management System (DMS) of the company and ensures the privacy of the data is maintained through secure systems. Provides report to the client of the received document. Maintains all the client profile up to date and checks any missing information timely to increase the efficacy of DMS.
Promotes mobiles of Samsung and upselling by comparing with other brands with specific configurations and models depending on the criteria that the customer needs and suggesting them with affordable finance. Handles the stock of entire brand and keeping records of on the hand and sold stocks. Studies thoroughly each and every details of new specifications of latest brands in the market and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product.
