✓ Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction which includes Pipe laying, Testing, Chamber works, fittings installations, etc.. with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
✓ Responsible for smooth execution of excavation, pipe laying, backfilling works along with gap closing works post the hydrotesting.
✓ Lead a team of foremen and workmen by ensuring that they understand the requirements of the work with briefing on the work methodology as per the MSRA.
✓ Preparation of Method statements for all the activities to be performed at site & get it approved by the client.
✓ To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost- effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
✓ Responsible for implementation and Adherence to OSHAD standards at Site
✓ Coordinating with micro tunnelling contractor for 1200mm, 1600mm, and 2000mm dia tunnel drilling works.
✓ Responsible for site executions, excavations of TSE DI line 700mm to 1600mm dia pipeline.
✓ Protection of live dry and wet utilities crossing with new proposed lines. (33kv, 11kv, military, DU, Etisalat, 1000mm, 700mm water lines).
✓ Sheet pilling, secant pilling and trench sheet works coordinating with subcontractors.
✓ Coordinating with subcontractors for dewatering, drilling, materials, and equipment’s
PIPELINE: -
➢ Executing Pipeline Construction Activities Stage wise (Stringing, Fit-Up Welding, Field Joint Coating, blasting, painting, Trenching, Lowering, Pre- Padding, FOC Cable Laying, Post Padding, and Backfilling Works.
➢ Review the Pipeline Alignment Sheets and Executing work as per Approved Method Statements.
➢ Organize Manpower, Materials, and Equipment of daily site requirements.
➢ Monitoring and Executing Crossing of Pipelines such as HDD, Cased Crossings.
➢ Preparation of HDD Pipe String, Pre-Gauging, Pre hydrotest and Pipe pulling Activities,
➢ Offering and Monitoring Cold field bending works as per Pipeline Alignment Sheet Sag, over and Side Bends.
➢ Monitoring and Execution of Cathodic Protection (TCP/PCP) works and Installation of CP Test point and Conduct Final CP Survey (CAT, DCVG)
➢ Making Mechanical Line Clearance for Lowering and Hydro testing in Pipelines.
➢ Maintaining Reports as per Standards and preparing Reports. PIPING: -
➢ To execute overall on plot plan, piping fabrication and erection work include identification of piping materials.
➢ Coordination for the qualification of welders, organize Inspection of shop/site various stage of piping activitiesas per isometric and P&ID and inspection of welding /NDT activities.
➢ Maintain housekeeping and proper arrangement of piping spools in lay down yard.
➢ To execute above ground and underground piping (including GRE) and its hydro testing according to applicablespecification and standards.
➢ To execute all utilities piping for the plant and its hydro testing coordination with vendor and other departments.
➢ Calculating piping materials take off from ISO drawing and take further necessary action.
➢ Identify equipment location as per general arrangement drawing and prepare layout and measurement, Checkinstalled piping components as per P&ID.
➢ Reviewing piping site erection isometric drawing and details.
➢ To study the vendor manuals for monitoring the materials delivery and ensuring all inspection of materials /equipment’s as per applicable specification and standards.
