Correspondence with the Vendors

- Prepared general JSAs (Job Safety Analyses) for FM - North Plants
- Devised a structured training plan & tests for trade apprentices for their evaluation
- Reviewing of project specifications, scope of work, contracts and proposals
- Managing project specific materials and equipment purchases including: sourcing, ordering and
tracking deliveries, and receiving material
- Organized several training for contractors to ensure safe work practices
- Development of training plan, up keeping the capacity of mechanical staff & trainee engineers along
with their certification
- Closure of TA-Procurement cases in tight time window for timely delivery of TA material. Total
procurement handled = 18 M PK
Plant Shutdown-Catalyst replacement campaign (La Mont Boiler) nitric acid plant during Plant Shutdown.
