Managing complete aspects related to project quality assurance and quality control
• Conducting daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection; managing complete inspection activity on site
• Preparing essential documents to verify the work performed, and ensuring that inspection requests are implemented timely
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified as per the contract requirements
• Monitoring delivery of material to inspection sites
• Spearheading end-to-end Quality Assurance & Control Activities including development & implementation of QC plans, measurement plans, and inspection protocols as per the defined documents & procedures
• Participating in progress review meetings with client & suggesting ways to resolve the current potential issues of the project
• Making reports pertaining to work progress; filling & submission of documents after work completion
• Liaising and coordinating with Construction Team and Contractors QA/QC site authority to resolve the issues and to implement the QA/QC requirements defined by the organization
• Reviewing various plans & engineering drawings to ensure that the inspection process is followed in accordance with the plans
• Monitoring day-to-day work and assigning to Inspectors, technicians, and providing technical support to them for effective and quick troubleshooting
• Implementing the project on-site as per drawing, planning the site activities, managing the down line personnel and maximum utilization of resources to execute the project in the desired time span
• Controlling and executing all specified inspection activities as per inspection plan, specifications and codes; notifying any non-conformances during the site inspection and recommending corrective actions

Responsibly managed for the QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Developed and determined all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
Reviewed the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
