I was responsible for the followings.
Giving Quality and Proper Customer Services to
Customers according to the Standards of Modern
Commercial Banks.
Monitoring and financial Planning of the Annual budget of the
Branches.
Managing Leave Record of all Permanent Staff.
Managing Fuel and Maintenance of office Cars and to maintain
log book.
Responsible for the management of financial administration,
such as money withdrawal, recording of cash book, petty cash
management, bank book, receipts preparation and registration.
Checking of inventory of all branches of Lahore after every 6
months.
Distributing the duties of office driver.
Organizing administrative and logistical aspects of official
activities like workshops, seminars, official travels etc.
To organize accommodation, pick and drop of foreign visitors.
Posting different types of vouchers both in cash and transfer.
Withholding tax adjustment
Handling remittances like pay orders, Demand Drafts etc.
Preparation of all statements of foreign currency for submission
to SBP (State Bank of Pakistan).
Managing cash vault as per SBP policy and procedure.
` Dealing with more than 100 different vendors of Standard
chartered bank in Lahore to make operations of consumer
banking smoothly.
Managing staff in accordance with management principles and
guidelines to promote a sense of corporate identity, enable
employees to carry out tasks independently and create scope
for creativity and innovation.
