In daily routine make GRN and Transfer Note.

Follow-up with vendor's for material urgency and in touch site user department for material daily consumption.

Maintain DMR report.

Looking here all Purchase related activities for underground metro and elevated metro work.

Looking here all General items Purchase.

Using SAP for Making Purchase Order, Raise Purchase Requisition, Generate Monthly Report of booking material particular project, Issuing Various Type of Material (Including Spare Part, Lubricant, Consumable Item, Building Materials).

Checking and Booking of GR / Invoices in the SAP, as per the approved PO, for the further approval of Manager - Procurement.

Regular co-ordination with the Purchasers, vendors, all stores and other departments for the timely receiving, verification of MRN’s /Bills and booking of the same in the SAP, for the material received at site, on daily basis.
