There I have to look after the full site i.e. planning procurement, execution and billing. and moreover meeting with the Clients, manager, consultants and contractors.
Executing the reinforcement placing and fixing work.
Estimating the quantity of reinforcement, shuttering, EP’s for ongoing Pour.
Preparation of Pour-Plan along with manpower schedule.
Planning and scheduling the resources for the respective pour as a site planning Engg.
Preparation of BBS, Client bill and contractor’s bill from scheduled drawing.
Co-ordination with Client for execution of work & get it certified.
Amazing ability to work in a team and maintain timelines. .
Advance review of "Released for Construction drawings" to highlight any foreseeable problems during execution.
Interaction and co-ordination with design teams.
Ensure schedule and quality of work being carried out by the PRW Contractor’s.
Attending to review meetings at site and at Clients office.
Able to ensuring that construction is conducted safely in a high quality and technical standard
Construction phase supervision and control as per the project specification as per design drawings and schedule
To execute projects to meet targeted schedules
Able to plan and oversee the entire programme of works and must anticipate a contract's .demands in terms of labor, materials, and equipment and technical
Tracking the quantity of work performed by contracted labor
General administration including bill preparation for contractor
Weekly reporting of construction activities
Material & Manpower management & records at sites etc & to check and keep control on the wastage of material at site
Co-ordination with Engineering consultant and Client
The main objective of the project is to design the (G+35) Building. It is planned and designed as a 2 bed room residential Building.
Ensure that works are as per standards
Preparation of check list etc.
To check the C/L as per Quality Plan.
Monitoring the work execution.
Quality Control monitoring the works, instruction and inspection regarding the work procedure and technical requirements.
Preparation of work schedules and daily progress reports.
Construction phase supervision, quality assurance and control as per the project specification as per design drawings and schedule.
Reviewing the plans and schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis of the project and made necessary adjustments to critical tasks to meet the project dead line.
Apart from that I have done Post Graduation Programme in Construction Management from NICMAR,Pune (INDIA).
