My duties are responsible for all aspects of administration with regards to “the Hospital” and will have oversight over all admin-related functions and Departments such as monitoring and attending all staff, technical affairs, OPD, Operation Theater Department, Refraction & Auto Ref Department, X-Ray, Laser Room, Lab, Dental, Store, Purchases, Inventory, Salary Management and Welfare work in coordination with Management Officer regarding all affairs of the Hospital, also supervised Security Staff to depute their location and collect night activity report of Guards and report to the Management Committee of “the Hospital”.
My duties were to look after all administrative work. Housekeeping and monitoring of more than 100 person’s of staff and solve the problems if any also provide assistance and coordination between staff and management, also supervise all Maintenance work in office, purchasing all kind of material for Farm Plant and Administration, also look after construction work, handling of labor, prepare report and e-mail to head office all activities in Farm, Plant and Administration on daily basis and also supervised Security Staff to depute their location and collect night activity report of Guards, shifting their duties from day to night and night to day and also checking their work at midnight.
My duties were to look after all administrative work. Housekeeping and monitoring attendance of more than 100 person’s of staff and solve the problems if any also provide assistance and coordination between staff and management, also supervise all Electrical, Net Working and Maintenance work in office, purchasing computers, computer’s accessories, office furniture etc.
My duties were to look after all administrative matters and surfing web site of Industries and Factories and contact the concern people sending them an introduction letter and convinced about Brooksmun Hydronics for installation of all type of Water Treatment Plants.
My duties were to visit Peshawar (SHYDO) Sarhad Hydropower Development Organization NWFP Peshawar and Irrigation & Power Department Punjab, Lahore to solve problems and make arrangements for meetings with Integration. I also organized Workshops in Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore for Renewable Energy and Hydropower Projects in Pakistan
My duties were to maintain daily progress report of sites, and compile project reports, contract documents as well as typing out everyday letters, faxes, and other office correspondence; I was arranging appointments, maintaining office records and maintaining filling, operating the telephone exchange, e-mail, Internet and also browsing websites, photocopying and binding documents, arranging logistics for Expatriates.
My duties were to compile project reports, contract documents as well as everyday letters and faxes concerned with the feasibility studies of multi-million dollar Hydropower projects. I also maintained liaison with GTZ Hydropower head office at Lahore. Was responsible for typing all kinds of office correspondence, Feasibility Studies, PC-1, PC-2, Contract Documents, arranging appointments, maintaining office records, filling, operating telephone exchange, e-mail, Internet, photocopying and binding documents, arranging accommodation, etc for Foreign experts.
