Roles:
• Establishing, maintaining & expanding the company’s client base
while fulfilling the needs of existing clients’ business needs
• Ensuring all ‘soft’ KPIs (calls & meetings) of the team are met, meeting
the "Revenue Targets" assigned on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Developing/implementing sales strategies every month according to economic
conditions and developing a long-term, sustainable business model
• Managing/coaching the assigned team while ensuring that all company
policies and procedures are adhered to
