1. Design, develop, implement and maintain the Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, Central Bank UAE- Compliance, Statutory& regulatory, Managing Risks in Human Resources function in the organization.
2. Reporting to Top Management the performance of the QMS management system, statutory and regulatory requirements by identifying problems affecting quality, policies and procedures, risk framework, determining the root cause(s) and provide corrective actions through data analysis, internal audit and ensure continual improvement and compliance to statutory & regulatory requirements, managing risks with respect to HR functions.
3. Initiate development of processes and procedures required, quality plans, and work instructions for HR processes of the company and as per the project requirements.
4. Attend and represent the organization in Project meetings as Quality Assurance Head and ensure each concerns relating to the compliance and ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirements are met.
5. Schedule and conduct Internal Audits for QMS and report the finding to top management.
6. Perform spot checks on the HR activities and reporting to Top Management.
7. Conduct meeting with all sections to discuss and solve the problems that may affect the performance of the company with respect to process, people, legal and others with respect to HR function.
8. Ensure regular measurement of the Company HR Quality objectives and its implementation including the set KPI-Data Analysis. Set HR KPI’s and periodically monitor them.
9. Ensure that the QMS management system is followed and report to the Chief of HR any proposed update of modifications required for its effectiveness.
10. Ensure surveillance and internal audits, inspections are conducted to verify effectiveness and efficiency to the QMS and statutory and regulatory requirements
11. Audit the Quality Management System for HR function in the company and ensure its compliance.
12. Audit the Quality Management System (QMS) of potential and accredited suppliers.
13. Responsible in training quality assurance inspectors and auditors.
14. Conduct the Management reviews and follow-up the outcome and ensure its implementation.
