- Responsible for the maintenance of all projects related procurement and supplies of consumable in close co-ordination with site manager at site level.
- Responsible for maintenance of Physical Stock registers, bin cards, Demand forms of Out Reach Workers, Petty expenses sheet / Registers.
- Provide Secretarial support to the site manager in correspondence thorough emails, reporting and accounting matters.
- Checking log books of logistics, maintained vehicles repaired records and ensure that project vehicles are used only for project purpose.
- Ensure maintenance of staff related documentations and maintained properly record of minutes of meeting held at site levels.
- Co-ordination with PR’s Finance Manager regarding Expenses, Co-ordinations with HR Manager regarding staff matters, Co-ordination with procurements department regarding demand of Stock, Co-Ordination with Admin Manager regarding Administrative issue, Co-ordination with Monitoring department regarding Compliance of Monitoring report.
- Plan, manage, and implement an audit from beginning to end.
- Identify, prioritize, and measure risks and their role in auditing.
- Understand how to identify, document, and evaluate internal controls.
- Enhance and practice interpersonal and team-building skills throughout the audit.
- Understand the importance of the audit communication process.
- Effectively manage the audit staff and its resources.
- Create an environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and responsibility and develop strategies to increase participation and cooperation of the audit staff.
- Perform audit of areas (rated as medium to high risk) assigned by Senior Audit Manager / Audit Manager during Branch Audit / Management Audit etc.
- Discuss audit observations of assigned area with Senior Audit Manager / Audit Manager for final discussion with Management.
- Preparation of “Management Action Plan” of area assigned by Senior Audit Manager / Audit Manager for discussion with senior team members for its validation.
- Initiate / recommend value addition in “Audit Master Data” based on amendments in laws, regulations and bank’s policies and procedures.
3 credit hours per subjects. 20 Total subject pertaining to Management, Accouting and Finance.
Securing 62 % Marks.
