Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations.

Supervise HR functions and oversee TQM programmes.
Overseeing accounting operations of Branch offices and accounts consolidation.
Responsible for all statutory requirements and coordinate statutory audit.

Achieved 100% collections from clients thro proper documentation and constant followup with Marketing departparment resulting in zero bad debts.
Achieved substantial savings on bills thro proper implementation of internal control procedures.
Helped the managment in the re negotiation process with Retail Partners resulting in considerable reduction in Minimum Guarantee.
