 Updating master document register of the latest version of document /drawing and response codes from the contractors.  Control of incoming and outgoing documents.  Develop projects document templates as and when required.  Maintain up to date master copies and drawing logs.  Maintain a library of standard documents.  Issue documents to another party with a transmittal notes.  Ensure 100% accuracy in the use of naming conventional and revisional indicators.  Ensure all documents are named and stored as per projects naming convection.  Distribute competent design to the clients and to site.  Liaise with site teams, clients, external and internal designers.  Monitor submission date and reports compliance.  Maintain data on drawing register including circulation list.  Ensure projects documents is created using project templates and clearly marked APL document control number.  Produce daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.  Ensure all correspondence and comments sheets are properly captured.  Register all internal and contractor's documents in master document register.  Setup files transfer protocol (FTP) sites or links as required ensuring traceable document distribution.  Received, storage, and dispatch of drawings received electronically or hard copies.
