•Worked on QA analyst, Business Analyst - Siebel, Microsoft Office / Windows Specialist role Sr. Java Developer (Financial systems), Infrastructure Project Manager - Banking role recently.
•My typical day starts with account manager briefing regarding the job role assign to me & then source the consultants in the market within the timeframe to present their profile to our clients after carefully evaluating them via telephonic conversation

Responsibilities:
•Full lifecycle recruitment from screening, sourcing, calling, negotiating, follow ups& placing candidates across states on different job orders in technology areas.
•Handled a team of 7+ Recruiters.
•Worked on direct clients & implementation partner requirement to support US IT recruitment with US citizens, Green card, H1B, EAD consultants
•Co-coordinating with the clients on daily basis to get more business & discuss the current status of submitted consultants.
•Supporting end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to screening, negotiation and placing the consultant on client side
•Working on C2C & W2 tax terms
•Interview, prequalify, negotiate offers and close hires
•Regularly called upon to troubleshoot difficult positions and source, identify, attract, secure & close hard to find candidates.
•Prescreen candidates with detailed phone careen, evaluating candidate compatibility with specific job requirement ensuring right fit prior to submission to client
