Also reviewing budgets of all department & divisions in light of recent corporate changes and goals, thereby evaluating their needs, performance, personnel and cost effectiveness. Also have to keep a scrutiny on the human resource department for various aspects like legal compliance, competitiveness of benefit package, diversity, clarity of policies & potential cost saving. Also look sales, service and marketing and keep complete record of sales-related incentive, sales personnel training, dealership and its network development, sales support, media and advertising for media, trade shows, market research & public relation.
