-Handling customer complaints and provide immediate solution to satisfy our customer. Act as a primary contact from our delivery team regarding customer and product issues during delivery and ensure that immediate action has been taken care off.
-Communicate with our shipping department to ensure that our products received and load in time to avoid delay. Tracked orders and notify customers of status or potential delays.
-Conduct daily briefing with our delivery team to attend to their queries and to explain to them the importance of customer service and handling of goods
-Our main task is to provide complete satisfaction to the customer by handling orders inquiry, arranging schedule
and delivery, missing/ wrong order, getting post delivery feedback from the customer and giving our highest
possible solution for any kind of customer’s concerns.
