Perform audit / inspection of food in Central Processing Unit (CPU) of food establishments that will cater food in stadiums, hotels, workforce and others for the FIFA event in accordance with ISO 22000:2018 and MOPH laws and regulations.
•Verify the documents and records of the food establishments and keep copies of these documents if required.
•Implement the relevant laws and regulations of Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in a confidential, independence, impartiality, and transparent manner.
•Work in accordance with Quality policies and Quality objectives within ISO 17020 system.
•Conduct sampling of food in CPU, stadiums, and other venues on required sampling frequency.
•Perform documented food inspection including food handlers and places where food is being handled during any time of the duty hours or even after duty hours in case of suspicious food handling practices.
•Follow up on food items that are seized and that violate the applicable standards in the country or that are rejected by laboratory testing until they are returned to the country of origin or destroyed.
•Perform inspection in the receiving, process, packaging & warehouse area of the food establishment.
•Supervise condemnation processes of food that is unfit for human consumption in the stadium.
•Record all required documents and to report any deviation to Project Manager of Bureau Veritas
•To follow all developments in the food sector such as new food technology, food legislation, standards, and operational criteria.
•Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Project Manager to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
