Job Description:
• Study the insurance proposals and the terms and conditions suggested by the insuring officer
• Reviewing clients’ insurance inquiries and making Broking Slips (mostly general type of insurance)
• Sending slips to insurers and answer inquires
• Reviewing quotations/ offers sent by insurers
• Comparing quotations received from all insurers and making analysis, sending recommendation to client Confirming the business to insurer
• Follow-up cover confirmation from the insurer
• Make sure all the correspondences are filed properly
• Entering the invoice to system
• Recheck the policies as per the quotations agreed
• Make sure all the documents for clients are prepared accordingly
• Computing premium &/or pro-rata premium

• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Maintained & monitored employee’s record and its pertinent documents related to work permit
• Arranging the daily schedule of the messengers for the delivery and collection of documents as requested
• Coordinates with the courier company for the arrangement of shipment delivery and collection from the clients
• Synchronized daily employees attendance
• Doing the pixel data entry
- Individual and group medical policies
- Life policies for individual and group
- General line policies (Contractor All Risk/ Workmen compensation/ Marine policy/Public Liability/Fire policy etc.)
• Make sure that the details entered are correct by recalculating the premium and commissions
• After the entry the files has to be bind all together and send to the Data Quality Controller for checking and filing
• Processing the client’s medical insurance renewals and endorsements (additions, corrections and cancellations)
• Coordinate with the BD to obtain the requirements of renewals and endorsements to proceed further
• Submit the documents to the insurance company for processing and do the follow up to complete the policy immediately
• Coordinate with the business development team or clients for any clarifications or additional documents and details needed about the business and vice versa and update them about their request
• Medical cards will be checked once received from the guarantor and in case there are errors found, request the insurance company for correction noting the error that needs to be amended.
• After checking medical cards, it has to be scanned and send for pixel entry request along with the related documents.
• Before releasing the cards to the BD or the client, it has to be confirmed by the accounts that it can be released.
• Issuing travel certificate insurance as per the client’s requirement. Before the issuance required details and documents must be gathered and completed before proceeding along with the client payment.
• Assisting the Technical team to prepare comparison sheet for Medical and Workmen Compensation policy
• Files documents and emails accordingly for easy retrieval
