I am working as Secretary cum Receptionist, Sales Support & Project Coordinator and I am reporting to the Sales Manager & General Manager.
Managing diaries and making appointments, Taking minutes,
Attending calls, noting down & conveying messages.

Generating month end attendance report for salary process.

Coordinating with sales & production departments to make sure the regular flow of materials to achieve the schedules.
Stock verification, preparing Management reports & circulation.
Ensure the development of projects and services to the clients within the specified resources.
Monitor the requirements, Framework conditions and progress of short term and long term projects.
