• Maintains and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes for the HR Director or any meeting of the HR Department.
• Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Organize HR Director’s office operations and procedures to ensure smooth flow of documents and appointments.
Meeting and greeting visitors
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the him
Arranging travel and accommodation
I was working as personal assistant, which I organize my manager meetings, receive calls, arrange his travel internally and outside the country ( hotel, airline tickets) and prepare his meeting documents. And I sometimes send and receive emails on his behalf .
I was working as premier customer service, which is serving VIP customers and to ensure that they are satisfied with the bank services and to update them with the bank new services and to be their advisor.
