A Neurocenter Hospital in SBEA Tripoli Libya with 270 bed capacities under the Ministry Health of Libya, Tertiary Hospital, includes the following areas: Emergency Room, Medical Ward, Surgical Ward, Neurosurgical Ward, Neurology Ward, Pediatric Ward, PediaNeuro Ward, Pedia Intensive Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Maxillo Facial- Orthopedic Ward, Main Operating Theater, ObGyne Ward and Delivery Room.
Responsible for providing physical and technical midwifery care and support for women and babies, managing labor and the normal delivery process with optimal professional and care
Identifying potentional complications for mothers and babies including a range of health check including taking temperature, pulse, bloodpressure and O2 saturation
Monitoring, assessing and reporting on care given to mothers and babies including treatment response, and ensuring all documentation and records are maintained with up to date information
Responding to urgent patient conditions, calls and requests including emergency situations calmly and efficiently, and escalating conditions to other medical professionals as required
Collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary term, and with relevant healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients and achieve common objectives
Providing emotional support to mothers and families through effective, sympathetic communication, and working with colleagues to development appropriate healthcare plans
Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and facilities, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and operating and monitoring biomedical equipment
Managing and prioritizing workloads effectively, overseeing adherence to all hospital policies and procedures
