Having 18+ years working experience in MEP field execution for commercial, industrial, and residential projects as described below:
To collect the all tender documents including NOC’s, tender drawings and project specification to review and further action and follow ups.
Attend the kick of meeting with all stake holders in order to introduce each other.
To coordinate and support to planning engineer in order to prepare project management plan.
To make sure the project management plan has been circulated to related stock holders.
To review all Contract drawings, BOQ, specifications and other contractual documents as required for MEP works in order to prepare the detailed shop drawings, materials submittals and finalizing the subcontractors/suppliers for related activities for MEP works.
To review the detailed shop drawings, material submittals & method statements as per contract drawings, project specifications and other contractual obligations as required for MEP works and obtain approval from project consultant, project management team and client.
To coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
To coordinate with sub-contractors, Civil Project team and consultant for the execution and progress of works.
To monitor the performance of the subcontractors with regards to the MEP aspect to ensure the work compliance with the relevant standard and specification and approved shop drawings.
To confirm the delivery of all long lead items like chillers, AHU, FAHU, firefighting pumps, light fitting and lift etc. to avoid any delay in installation and project handing over.
Attending weekly progress/technical meetings with Consultant, Client, sub-contractors and all stakeholders to carry out the work as per approved project management plan.
To monitor and coordinate all MEP issues with the project management team including engineering, procurement, purchase, and human resource and account departments to make sure the work progress should not be affected due to some other project related issues.
Prepare the monthly invoice for consultant/client approval and payment.

Prepare project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards, and cost control on project for on time completion.

To verify the subcontractor’s & supplier’s invoices and forwarded the same to account department for their payment.
To submit As- built drawings, Warranties and operation & maintenance manuals for all MEP services to consultant and client for their review and record.
To track the snags are attending by the technical team in defect liability period in order to final handing over of the project to client/ end user.
