•Develop and maintain close relationships with ship owners, 3rd Party Logistics Provider and brokers.

•Closely follow global sea trading and its impact on Wet bulk sector. Keeping an eye on market info for freight & time charter market for chemical tankers.

•Develop cost cutting strategy.

•Intra company co-ordination with production team helps in identifying ullage crisis and took corrective measure on management decision to ensure no ullage.

•Internal co-ordination of Logistics team with sales & marketing to achieve cost effective shipping schedules.

•Closely working with 3rd party logistics service providers and achieved cost effective shipment plan and consistently adding value to overall logistics operations.
