• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) & Breakdown maintenance (BD) work on low- and high- voltage equipment, including generators, motors, UPS, Battery banks and switchgear associated with production.
• Complex faultfinding, repairs and maintenance of medium Voltage Equipment to 13.8 KV,
• Isolation / De-isolation on HV & LV switchgears with lock out & Tag out procedure
• Troubleshoot motor control systems like star delta, Direct Delta, Revers forward, hoist control and DC motors.
• Handle minor breakdown to major plant overall shutdown with different contractors for various types of maintenance activities.
• Maintained spares for routine maintenance, Breakdown jobs & Shutdown jobs.
• Motor Controlling, Time Delay, Temperature, RTD Unit, Speed of motor Increment- Decrement,
• Handling of LTMR Relay, Siemens Siprotech Relay,
• Testing (IR, PI, DAR) of, transformer, switchgears, motors and variable frequency drives and etc.
Reading of HT/LT single line diagrams, protection and metering diagrams, Switchgear control diagrams, Automatic transfer system.
• Motor control diagrams, interface panel diagrams.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of level switches, pressure switches, RTDs, temperature controllers, loop checking.
• Reading knowledge of PLC diagrams, control panel and relay logic diagram, logic gate diagrams, diagrams.
• Co-ordination with Operation in following up normal startup and shutdown activities.
Involving in preventive maintenance scheduling and day-to-day preventive maintenance for circuit breakers, Motors, Starter Modules and local panels.
• Having well exposure to handle plant emergency shutdowns, planned turnarounds.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of motor operated valve.
Online /offline preventive maintenance of transformers up to 132kv, 5MVA.Offline preventive maintenance of HT/LT Circuit breakers of, VCB, ACB, OCB, MCCB.
• Handling of microprocessor based motor protection relay and multipurpose relay (measurements, protections, logic functions).
• Performing calibration of EOCR, Ammeters and Transducers, current transformers, potential transformers and protection relays.
• Maintenance of Battery chargers and UPS. Installation and maintenance of Batteries.
Installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives.
• Performing cable joints using Raychem joints and Resin kits.
• Maintenance of Cathodic Protection and Grounding system.
• Good knowledge and working experience of Trouble shooting electrical control circuit, Performed Electrical installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Comprehensive problem solving abilities and superior decision making ability.
