Currently working in the capacity of NOC Officer in the Backend Technical Team. Major responsibility of this department to runs network operations smoothly by using different tools like HLR (home location register)Currently using nghlr(new generation HLR) to check provisioning of different VAS (value added services) and to coordinate other backend technical departments.
Also responsible to improve current processes for NOC to provide better and effective solution.
And as achievement I have introduced new work codes for better understanding of problem and for management reporting.
Working as a Point Person of Postpaid team, and developed new Processes for Postpaid Operations (complaint handling) as well as New Work codes creation and implementations for better reporting for management and understanding for Agents.
Recently have a Training program on Rotation with RF central (Radio Frequency) Team, where I have learnt basic techniques of Drive Test and RF Related issue and Planning and Optimization over views.
Previously working as Customer Relations Officer in call centre of Telenor, to handle the most important Unit of Postpaid as well as Prepaid Customers.
also provide call records to Law enforcement agencies, when required.
