 To carry out random inspection for Electrical & ELV Systems on a daily basis to ensure ongoing activities at site are complying with contract documents and with particular reference to the specifications/ approved method statements etc
 Prepared and Responsible for incoming materials inspection with consultant
 Before consultant inspection, conducting internal inspections for MEP works and reporting to concern project engineers for rectification of works.  Reporting NCRs to the managements and helping to improve the quality in accordance Standards.
 Preparing Method of statement.
 To prepare QA/QC report and maintain records of all QC activities.
 Implement, maintain and verify quality system at job site as per company quality procedure and project quality plan.
 Develop quality control reports, post construction reports and detailed progress reporting.  Require the defective work or material be corrected or remove until made compliant.  Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with
project requirements.
 To coordinate with all Site Engineers / Document Controller and ensure they are having the latest rev. drawing/method statement/ Technical data sheet of approved material while proceeding with the works
 Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.  Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.  Submit monthly report to manager related work rejection rate, material reaction, non-conformance report.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Monitoring the daily progress of the installation, testing and Configuration of the ELV Systems including (CCTV, Security Systems, PMS (Parking Management System), Public Address System, SMATV, Health Care management System, Nurse Call System) etc
•Regular coordination with all the sub-contractors to fasten the completion of the project
•Coordination with consultant and subcontractor’s for engineering and design issues
•Coordination with subcontractor and external suppliers for technical submittal and shop drawing requirements
•Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, handing over etc
•Follow up with sub contractor for material submittals in line with approved schedule
•Monitoring approval of submittals by the consultant
•Performing inspection for materials delivered by different suppliers, sub contractors and client
•Coordinating with the QC and consultant to carry out inspections and getting approvals for the installation and functioning of ELV Systems
•Ensure that the project sub contractor works are carried out in accordance with the specifications & approved drawings, agreed procedure and method statements
•Working with Commissioning Engineers to ensure that all field devices are operational
•Assisting and advising the draftsman in creation of CAD drawings
•Documentation of site work such as Daily work instruction etc
•Reporting all site work to Technical manager
