Communication and implementation of HSE policy/plans throughout the system

Making daily reports regarding unsafe acts/conditions seen on the job-site and to take preventive measures to avoid recurrence
Checking Permits for activities and fulfilling safety requirements as per every permit
Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as safety belt, safety shoes, helmet, eye goggles, earplugs and masks
Keeping and maintaining record of all HSE documents
To assist in setting up the maintaining proper housekeeping
Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system
To assist in implementation of PTW System as per client requirements & procedures
To assist in compliance to all determined standards for all HSE activities
To assist in conducting Toolbox Talk & Safety Awareness meetings on Daily & weekly basis with employees
