Maintain record of operating and logistics
Maintain whole office filling according to the project.
Checks shipping orders ensures they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped by Comparing shipping documents with computer generated report. Accurately file paperwork such as invoice, open orders, im transited documents archived documents and delivery orders
Track all utility bills and ensure timely payment.Accurately files paper work such as invoices, open orders, in-transit document archived documents and delivered orders.
Plan and arrange logistics required shipment.Adhere to all shipping and export import regulation and reproduction documentation.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business.
Maintain the leave and overtime record of cargo section.
Terminal facilities with adherence to standard operating system
Supporting the sales department for filing the rates/Adhoc’s and agreed rates with sales department.
Management of all day to day cargo office administration duties
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly cargo date and report regional office.
Ensure data update into relevant cargo system are done accurately are verified and completed within time standards
Ensure office furniture medical record and bills of cargo section.
Update all cargo equipment
Marinating all cargo staff medical bills.
Liaise with government authorities such as CAA, custom, ANF and airport security.
Ensure that safety and security procedure are com\[lied with at all times
Maintain the data all cargo staff training.
