• Responsible for quality control for the above project, during demolition, excavation, foundation and structural phases.
• Constantly reviewing construction drawings and specification, identifying and solving design discrepancies by liaising with design engineers.
• Performed all site surveying with surveyor for the RC frames, structural steel frame.
• Co-Ordinate all in-house and subcontracted personnel, while implementing on site safety procedures and providing regular tool box talks, site safety inductions and permits to work.
• Organized and kept record of all quality assurance testing, including as-built drawings.
