• Responsible for preparation and establishment of planned and expected production capacity usage through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfill sales needs and to maintain most economical capacity usage.
• Raise and follow up Purchase Requisitions.
• Tracking action for the availability of raw materials and the other resources for the production
• Establishing, Maintaining and Improving production plans and manufacturing schedules
• Preparing of monthly production plan & day-wise production schedules.
• Follow up of material with material dept & manufacturing of transformers with production dept.
Analyzes loss trends, interprets accident statistics, and takes pertinent action.
Conducts appraisals of operations or locations which have experienced high
Losses, to identify unsafe practices or conditions
• Developed and implemented safety program to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, utilizing knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, chemistry, psychology, and industrial health and safety laws.
• Examined plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to determine if all safety precautions have been included.
• Determined amount of weight that can be safely placed on plant floor.
• Toured plant to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Determined requirements for safety clothing and devices, and designed, built, and installed, and directed installation of safety devices on machinery.
• Conducted and coordinated safety and first aid training to educate workers about safety policies, laws, and practices.
• Investigated industrial accidents to minimize recurrence and prepared accident
