Responsibilities:
Manages Value Engineering consultant contract, review monthly invoices and prepare quarterly performance evaluation for the Value Engineering AE.
I acted as a project manager representing the Project Management Department for some projects, to manage and involved in all stages of the project life cycle (Design phase, Tendering, Procurement, Construction& Close-out) to collaborate with the project team from other departments and stakeholders to achieve a common valuable goals.
Oversees overall value engineering studies for all projects.
Coordinate with the ED, the VE Consultant and other stakeholders to conduct the Value Engineering workshops.
Monitors technical progress of AE consultant.
Prepare all needed reports and presentations on assigned projects.

Responsibilities:
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of progress to our top management and to the client.
Preparing shop drawings for all project components (Utilities networks: Water, Irrigation, Sewer, Storm & Roads).
Preparing, submit and negotiate as built drawings.
Preparing, submit and negotiate monthly invoices for Client and for our Sub-contractors.
Senior Technical office / Q.S Engineer - Construction of storm line in Riyadh \[ 130 Million $ \]
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing shop drawings, as-built, sub-contractors invoices.
2. Preparing Q.S for all items
3. Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
4. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of progress.
5. Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts
Senior Technical office / Q.S Engineer - Construction of strategic water network in Riyadh Contract no. (11) \[ 70 Million $ \]
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing shop drawings (profiles & chambers), as-built, GIS works by ArcGIS program, sub-contractors& Client \[NWC -National Water Co.\] monthly invoices.
2- Preparing Q.S for all items \[Excavation-pipe laying-Backfilling-Asphalt-Concrete for chambers (P.C, R.C)\] and review it with the Consultant \[TYPSA\].
3- Preparing and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
4- Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress.
5- Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
6- Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
7- Assist in preparation of project purchasing targeting and costing budget.
8- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports of progress.
9- Preparing safety reports (weekly).
Infrastructure Supervision / Q.S Engineer
Madinaty project in New Cairo - Fifth District \[ 10 Billion $ \]
Responsibilities: As Supervision Site / Q.S Engineer responsible for:
1- Supervision the executed items in 4 networks (Potable Water-Waste Water-Irrigation-Storm).
2- Preparing daily reports for Inspection Requests.
3- Making quantity survey for the executed items and review the invoices with the main contractor Alexandria co.
Technical Office / Q.S Engineer
National Office Building MARS- EGYPT \[ 18 Million P \] & STEFAN - EGYPT (6th of October City) \[ 12 Million P \]
Responsibilities: As a Technical Office / Q.S Engineer responsible for:
1-Making quantity survey for the executed items (Excavation-Replacement-Filling-
Concrete (P.C, R.C)-Insulation-Masonry-Plaster-Paintings-Porcelain-Marble)
and taking the approval from the Consultant and Owner.
2-Preparing shop drawings, as built, sub-contracts & Client invoices.
Plumbing network in Louts zone in New Cairo - Fifth District \[ 22 Million P \]
Responsibilities: As a Site / Q.S Engineer responsible for:
1- Execute all items (Excavation- Filling- Concrete (P.C) - Network).
2- Making quantity survey for the executed items (Exca.- Filling- Concrete (P.C)- Pipes).
3- Preparing daily reports & Inspection Requests.
4- Preparing shop drawings, asbuilt, sub-contracts & Client invoices.
Sales /Technical Office Engineer for the Authorized Agent of American & European companies which
Work in the fields of (Plumbing Specialties - Bathroom Accessories - Hardware Acc.)
Responsibilities: As a sales/technical office engineer responsible for:
1- Make a quotation for the materials in our scope that exact comply with specs.
2- Preparation of shop drawings and any detail requirements witch the consultant and
the client needs to approval our materials .
3- Negotiation with Clients, Consultants& Government requirements.
