Handling Customer Churning Request, and Resolve the Complaint from the Root cause and manage to Save The account from Churn/Portout while taking the Necessary action on the action in case of migration/deactivation. Conducting outbound calls to up-sell new and existing products and services to increase the company product’s sales percentage and to proactively retain customers and acquire new customers by solving the customer complaints and to resolve cases and to gauge their satisfaction. And after all report activities for the assigned outbound activities done.
