• Guide Consultant Team, supervising construction staff, ensure they are Qualified, and reaching the required milestones.
• Safety: ensuring staff are properly trained in the use of equipment, and that all staff have access to, and use proper safety gear.
• Oversee Compliance; make sure projects adhere to Contract Specification, yet also complying to local government, industry standards and guidelines. Follow up permits or records need are obtained, ensure the paperwork is done, recorded and stored properly.
