* Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
* Coordinating and following up with several agencies & departments
* Preparing weekly reports, progress reports and minutes of meetings
Acting on behalf of Riyadh Municipality - General Directorate of Studies and Designs Division with the following duties:
* Assessing the critical and low points that may cause flood risks in Riyadh
* Setting up priorities for critical points
* Following up with Contractor (Mouchel) design team to solve and process citizens’ complaints
* Managing and following up with survey teams to process collected data
* Processing interior payments with the project manager
* Preparing the full documents for future design plan, using applications such as Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
* Identifying and monitoring potential hazards and mitigation techniques
* Planning, implementing, and coordinating safety programs to prevent or correct hazardous environmental working conditions
* Setting up production plans according to work load and PO sales plans
* Following up in the shop floor to make sure the production is going as scheduled and to ensure conformance to specifications
* Preparing workaround for recovery plans/ corrective action or to recover production delay (when needed)
* Preparing/ managing meeting with production and sales departments for fully coordination
* Following the 6S plans to ensure the processes run at the optimum level, which include quality plans as well
* Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved, using MS Office Suite and ERP System
* Developing and implementing manufacturing methods for inspection and testing
* Setting up marketing plan, and looking for new potential clients
* Coordinating with both the sponsor and the clients
* Collecting and analyzing data for market demand
* Assisting in the negotiation process with the clients
* Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
* Following up and administering the clients’ accounts
Projects:
* Improving storage and retrieval methods and equipment
* Reducing the capital cost of one of the production lines by replacing either the oven or the packing machines with new ones
* Making a case study for the relationship between the capital recovery and cash flow
