• Involving in IP RAN E2E design in most of Mobinil services (Iur/IP, Iub/IP, A/IP, Gb/IP, …..), using IP/MPLS using ALU 77xx series.
• Creating HLD and LLD for the implementation team.
• Lead and coaching 10 Mobinil Members to meet the target objectives.
• Knowledge Transfer for all team members to assure achieving the objectives and Mobinil KPI’s.
• Setting Objectives and KPI Factors for each team member.
• SPOC from TX side with Optimization and Capacity team for all TX requirements to achieve the most optimized TX resources.
• Responsible for TX Team budget including issuing detailed BOQ’s to assure matching with Mobinil Expansion plan and assuring WIP and Commitment targets according to Mobinil KPI’s.
• SPOC with BSS and Capacity teams in Single RAN Project (Huawei and NSN) to achieve Mobinil targets, and applying Start topology from TX side.
• SPOC with Core Team for all requirements needed (InterMSC’s, Inter Connect, VOIP Project), and applying GW transient project from Core side.
• Preparing and studying the new Synchronization architecture with Orange recommendations with of LTE implementation and Full IP solution (Synch-E and 1588-V2).
• Technical SPOC for New RFP’s and RFQ’s for Vendor selection.
• Assuring Mobinil expansion plan and rollout target is achieved
• Responsible to assure TX OPEX and CAPEX figures according to Mobinil KPI’s, and reaching the most optimized figures.

• Microwave Link Design including Link budget, Installation process, and Traffic design. (ALU MPR, NEC I-PASO and Ericsson Traffic Node).
• Dimensioning and Managing End to End Route for the traffic related to all Mobinil Network elements 3G Sites (Iub), BSC’s (A-ters), SS’s (InterMSC’s and Interconnect), RNC’s (IUCS, IUPS), and choose the appropriate optimized solution.
• Dimensioning and Managing all traffic related to Fixed network including ADM Dimensioning (ALU 1660, 1662) and Fiber Optics dimensioning to achieve the most OPEX and CAPEX saving.
• Working with BSS, capacity, and optimization teams to choose the appropriate borders for BSC’s and RNC’s to achieve the most optimized OPEX from TX side, and matching with Mobinil KPI’s.
• Designing and implementing the appropriate technology depending on the traffic type (TDM ADM 16xx series or 81xx series, ATM (Tellabs 86xx series) or IP/MPLS (ALU Routers 7705, 7750 series).
• Synchronization architecture design for all Mobinil Network elements (ADM’s, MW Links, Node-B’s, BSC’s, RNC’s and SS’s….etc).
• Design and Dimensioning Iub traffic to have Voice/ATM and Data /IP-MPLS.
