• Responsible for two teams (Accounting team, and Financing team) with a variety of portfolios.
a. Accounting role:
• Following up day to day operating and accounting tasks.
• Ensuring all recordings are rights and in conformity with the standards.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
b. Financing role:
• Applying Financial statement analysis and ratios.
• Setting Financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Applying Financial Plan, Budgeting, Cash management, and operating leverage if needed by the client.
• Financial modelling, like-for-like analysis, Comps Analysis, DCF analysis, Calculating the NPV, IRR, and the breakeven point for the business, and presenting the financial analysis on a visual practice “dashboard”.
• Responsibility for two teams (Accounting team, and Financing team) Has a portfolio consisting of 14 Companies (SMEs, 4 of them are in the Set-up Phase) for different industries “F&B, Retail, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, and Real Estate”, Analysing Companies structures and applying processes if needed, setting up Policy, Procedure, and working out for enhancing the existing processes.
• Ensuring all records are right and in conformity with the standards.
• Responsible for Reviewing all accounting recordkeeping.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Applying Financial statement analysis and applying ratios, like-for-like analysis, Comps Analysis, DCF analysis, Calculating the NPV, IRR, and the breakeven point for the business, and presenting the financial analysis on a visual practice “dashboard”.
• Perform budgeting and forecasting.
• Setting Financial and non-financial KPIs.
• General ledger Responsibility (MS Dynamics 365 System).
• Bank reconciliations & settlements.
• Account Receivables and Account payables responsibilities.
• P&L analysis.
• Revenues and Expenses indicators analysis.
• Analysis TB, comparing budget with Actual, and Performance Analysis.
• Studying analyzing and Maintaining Cost Accounting Systems.
• Responsible for general ledger, preparing a trial balance.
• bank Reconciliation, Aging.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (Financial position, profit or loss, and other statements).
• Responsible for Cash Budget.
• Performing general accounting procedures (Journal entries, American entries, General ledger, Analysis, Taxes), and audit functions.
