I was namely responsible for managing all the company resources to achieve the business goals.
I ensured that the return on investment (ROI) is satisfying to the owners. I participated in setting the business plan which I also was responsible for implementing and improving. I managed the new investments and cash liquidities. Planning the CAPEX and FF&E requirement was my responsibility.
I made sure to coordinate with the executive committee members to reward the highly performance and ensure working within the budget. While performing my tasks, I managed to build an effective business & strategic relationship with the government. I kept on encouraging the department heads to improve and maximize their productivity. I made it my priority to improve the positioning and market share of the company. I managed assets and CEP plan while ensuring the best quality of service and operation standards.
