Duties:
Responsible for doing designs for showroom customers aiming to maximize company’s gross profit through satisfying customers with designs.
• Responsible for a team of two.
• Presentation of well documented / designs for tender bids to client in adherence to their technical specification, drawings and design expectations.
• Co-ordinate between Clients/Consultants/Projects Manager/Contractors/Salesmen & Customers.
• Promoting design solutions and products to Contractors, Engineering Consultants, Projects Manager, Architects during his interactions with these on the project.
• Preparation of sample submission to the project site for client / consultant’s approval.
• Advises for technical queries as per specifications and design concepts.
• Manage, sustain and potentially increase estimated profit from existing projects/customers, during the project process.
• Presenting with good organizational skills, to ensure each work completed on scheduled time.
• Changing trends in design.
• Ultimate responsibility of creating an interior environment that the client finds beautiful, functional and safe.
• Trainer for all new designers who join the company.

• Meet clients and determine their needs.
• Take measurements and convert them into computerized drawings.
• Convert clients' needs into sketches.
• Create top-down 2D plans of interiors (furniture, lights, flooring and ceiling)
• Create 2D drawings of walls.
• Convert all previous into 3D drawings that include lighting physics and materials used.
• Calculate quantity of materials required to determine execution cost.
• Supervise on site and assist executives to ensure smooth completion.
