products in alliance with the company chief actuary.

• Managed the launch of all business operations for Egypts first Bancassurance firm.
• Spearheaded the work plan launch with Société Générale Bank (distribution channel)
for Unit Linked policies.
• Secured regulatory approval for the full range of products from the Egyptian Insurance
Supervisory Authority.
• Managed underwriting and claims for high-value individual and group life applications,
taking final decisions up to 50, 000, 000 EGP.
• Implemented work procedures and workflows to obtain maximum productivity and
