Efficiently improved the detention procedures which lead to collect Bad debts amounts pending from 2017 & 2018 with total amount (SR 493, 830.00)
Played a key role in saving cost for dispatching empty containers from JED to our client @ Eastern region by adding more transporters with 10% less of actual existing agreements
Negotiated with our depot at Jubail to increase storage free days from 30 days to 45 days which was the main key of saving our cost
Role:
1- As Digital Operations Manager for mlcGO APP :
Responsible for the daily operations of our Application for all of On demand transport to help shippers to find nearby service
providers to arrange cargo movement at agreed rates, scope, origin and destination.
• Monitor analytics such as conversion rates, repeat customer rate, abandoned checkout rate, etc.
• On Boarding Drivers / Service providers
• Set up controls, alerts and SOPs for site related challenges
• Prioritize day-to-day tasks
• Client facing meetings, on occasion.
• Communicates effectively, building and maintaining relationships.
• Ensures the department is fully equipped to handle the work load and distribute work flow.
• Coaches to ensure a full understanding of consequences of errors.
• Creates an environment that fosters teamwork and cooperation among team members.
To covers all services required to provide sufficient number of flatbed trucks to transport customer product from the production facilities to the remote storage location and complete export formalities for finished goods, including coordination with custom clearance and other services that are specified as well as to calculate the required number of flatbed trucks, including estimates the loading time, trip time, unloading time, and other times like waiting times.
o KPI, managing & project budget
o Reviewing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

o Allocation & distribution of containers and routing processes & shipping control

o Preparation of Container Booking Forecast (CBF) for us and with partners
o Attending port authority berthing committee at port said to coordinate our vessel entering / berthing
o Developed loading plan with Ship Planners
o Looked after all vessel operation and contact with Master & Chief Officer for planning
o Using special programs like (EDI, Casp & Plan Master) for sending loading data
o Managed all the communication with Port Authority and Terminals
o Ensured follow up all cargo operation during vessel berthing and supervise all Port procedures
