Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful
outcome of the program
- Facilitate the definition of projects missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Ensure That System, Processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure
effective monitoring, control and support of delivery
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, resource allocation and quality
of all program elements.
- Responsibility for assembling the project team; for their technical or functional
development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly
with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for
improving delivery.
Managing the project stakeholders including off-shore team and on-site team.
- Single point of contact for all communications between the customers, off-shore team
and on-site team.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration
with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a
timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and
influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned
- Prepare and submit Monthly report, meeting minutes to management.
- Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables
produced.
