Providing total logistics solutions to company's clients, and making strategic planning for Logistics & transportation activities, and customer service.
Managing warehousing activities for Maitrox Egypt Hub (Maitrox Warehouse in Egypt for Mobile parts of Xiaomi Brand). This includes commodity valuation of inbounded parts & planning and monitoring inbound and outbound activities/and helping to achieve utmost efficiency for order fulfillment and distribution activities.
Providing professional consultations / advice to company's staff, business partners, and making strategic planning to logistics activities.
Managing company's daily activities including administrative and financial work related to overseas agents and domestic affairs.
Monitoring profit and loss situation for shipments & trade deals.
Maintaining & managing healthy relationships with company’s key customers, suppliers, agents and business partners.
Coaching and educating work colleagues whenever possible to raise efficiency and to improve work performance.
Maintaining metrics and ensuring strict compliance to SOPs and regulations.
Canvassing new business / trading opportunities on both local and international levels.
Job tasks included providing total logistics solutions & multi-modal transport to company's clients as well as providing professional consultations to company's staff and clients (Freight Forwarding; Import / Export / FCL & LCL).
Handling shipping operations, claims handling, arrangement of supplies to vessels, insurance on company’s vessels, preparation of hire SOA for company’s chartered vessels, auditing disbursement accounts of agents outside Egypt.
