Overhauling all CATERPILLAR and PERKINS engines (Gas and Diesel).
* Overhauling all different types of pumps (Centrifugal and Reciprocating).
* Troubleshooting inside EMC workshop and fields.
* Perform preventative maintenance.
* Inspect parts and determine their status.
* Perform required measurements for repair and overhaul process.
* Inspect the new spare parts according to their function ability.
* Write overhauling and repair reports.
* Review, selection and purchase of spare parts and bulk materials for general
plant shut down, ensuring their availability at the time of shut down.
* Identify surplus material and spare parts after shut down, and ensure all
unused spare are return to stock.
* Review and ensure the availability of supporting documents like operational
manual, cross section drawing, test certificates, data sheets, tag request,
purchase order linking to all concerned equipment.
* Maintain safety in all working conditions.
