Duties& responsibilities in MMAH:
1-preparing the monthly, Weekly Cost reports and Cost Analysis (Asphalt Plants &Crusher approach) to Top Management.
2-Preparation of accounts Monthly Pro-Forma (COGS - income statement - Cash Flows) Presentation Review to Top Management.
3-preparing the monthly financial reports monthly (by Advanced Excel) to Top Management.
4-Follow-Up Insurance File for the Company Assets.
5-Banks Reconciliation Of facilities and Internal Control Reports For company Treasury on Daily basis.
Chief accountant
1-Update the accounting structure of the company.
2-Preparing the monthly financial reports related to the administration.
3-Preparation of final accounts (trial balance - income statement - balance sheet).
4-Making bank adjustment.
5-Studying bank facilities and follow-up of the company's loans.
6-Follow-up purchases and sales of the company.
Financial accountants
1-Preparing the monthly financial reports related to the administration.
2-Preparation of final accounts (trial balance - income statement - balance sheet).
3-Making bank adjustment.
4-Preparation of salary schedules for employees of the company.
Site Accountant - Head Office Accountant
1-preparing financial statements for the company and following up with the
owner.
2-preparing financial statements for the company with subcontractors.
3-Follow-up purchases of the company.
