- Managing the Finance team.
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and payroll payments

-Analyze data and advise high management on how to maximize profits.
-Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion.
-Prepare and control of Company cashflow.
-Debt Monitoring and collection
-Monitoring daily cash movements.
-Prepare and Monitor Company financial dashboard and indicators
-Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
-Monitoring the performance of the financial department.
-Review tax returns monthly (VAT).
-Responsibility of the Company Credit reports (SIMAH).
-Fixed Asset management
-QA of ERP system.
-Periodic and sudden visits to the company's branches to ensure the proper applying of financial and administrative process.
-Prepare any other financial studies and/or reports requested by the board.
Processing and analysis all the data of financial statements and administrative (Treasury accounts, Bank statements, Revenues, Purchases, Clients, Brokerages, Monthly reconciliation for current and commercial accounts, managing Fixed assets, Payroll and Preparing Monthly Financial Statements...) Using the U.S.A 'Quick Books', which follows the category of programs Integrated management systems.
- Preparing the estimated budget and control it.
- Prepare annual financial statements, analysis and the Zakat return.
- Managing and controlling Al -Gamra Project Accounts (North of Riyadh).
- Managing and controlling Al -Marina Project Accounts (Eastern Province).
- Managing and controlling Al -Nada Project accounts (Eastern Province).
- Support for the inputs and outputs of the "Quick Books.
- Responsible for Al-Gamra Project sales accounts, around 1.6 Billion Saudi Riyals in total
- Internal audit for the sales contracts prepared for the clients.
- Controlling the costs by analyzing the cost centers for each collective transaction within each project.
- Organizing the accounts under the international standards, recording and control the entries and transactions for the whole departments of the company.
- Analyzing and monitoring payables and receivables accounts on a monthly basis
- Control the company’s liabilities and revenues by making reconciliations and payments schedule.
- Issue checks against customs related to the shipments on a timely basis to avoid penalties and fines.
- Secure foreign currencies.
- Prepare payroll with coordinating HR department.
- Solve all disputes on receivables/payables accounts and review all statements of account for the clients especially for the sister companies, and the statements is received from creditors.
- Request statements of account from the banks to monitor the company’s financial situation and prepare bank reconciliation and discuss it with the GM.
- Make adjusting entries before preparing financial statements and the closing entries to accurately allocate each year with its revenues and expenses according to accrual principle.
- Make sudden inventory count for the company’s tellers and make reconciliations to discuss it with the GM.
- Accounting entries approvals.
- Auditing and matching the documents with the financial entries.
- Entries posting after review.
- Prepare all annual financial statements and reports with the conformity with the international standards on a timely basis.
- Prepare tax returns and respond to the tax authorities.
- Archive all accounting documents under the appropriate categories.
