Panoramic lifts with glazed shafts, a phenomenal auditorium with an oval shape hanging above the main entrance lobby. Challenging façade designs with state-of-the-art glazing systems and façade lighting systems.
Using BIM and Revit in studies and production of drawings, coordination of all elements involved.
An ongoing process of works towards achieving another exclusive project that involves 4D/5D input output, LEED certification and many UpToDate systems is yet another enjoyable experience.

Amongst many others and in brief, my responsibilities includes heading a team of senior & junior architects and draftsmen to implement a design review to the design produced by the subcontract design entity GHESA, making sure their output abides to contract requirements and design codes including FGI Guidelines, IBC, NFPA, ADAAG, Kuwait’s Municipality and Fire Department.
