MANAGE AND SUPERVISE THE INTERNAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE BUILDING BY:

a) CREATING DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY TIME PLAN
b) CONDUCTING FREQUENT INSPECTIONS
c) REVIEWING DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS
d) CONDUCTING CONFERENCES WITH THE VENDORS
e) MAINTAIN RECORDS, INVENTORIES, ETC. OF ALL KEYS, SUPPLIES' PARTS AND TOOLS
f) MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY:
AC, PLUMPING, FALSE CEILING, CARPENTRY, FURNITURE, CURTAINS, PAINT
g) HANDLE ALL THE PURCHASING ASSIGNMENTS FROM ALL THE DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE FINANCE MNGR.
h) -HANDLE THE MONTHLY PURCHASING ORDERS: STATIONARY, KITCHEN SUPPLIES, BREAK ROOM SUPPLIES, BATHROOM SUPPLIES
i) OFFICE SERVICE WORKERS:

• SERVING DRINKS
• REFILLING THE COFFEE AND VENDING MACHINES
• REFILLING THE WATER FOUNTAINS AND CUPS
• RESPONSIBLE FOR THE KITCHEN AND BREAK AREA SUPPLIES STOCK
• OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

1. Implement set strategies of operations work flow
a. Inspection of new premises (and/or delegation of responsible)
b. Develop inspection reports
c. Assist Manager of Operations in setting required criteria for offer costing (equipments, tools working material, number of labor, transportation, etc…
d. Assist manager of Operations in setting costing of new accounts
e. Implement and follow up on all running accounts to ensure that set work flow process is properly implemented
f. Implementing pre-set work flow procedures of new accounts and mobilization start ups
• Distribution of recruited and/or already existing work team on work chart of the new assignment
• Development of all required Documentation of the new assignment: Working schedule, check lists, labor check list, bathroom check list, customer satisfaction surveys, etc…
• Ensure that all incurred basic documentations of the new account is properly implemented by the supervisors and working crew
• Be part of the mobilization crew committee of the start up projects and designate a stand by replacement to facilitate the assistant to operations manager to attend to day-to-day routine work
• Develop monthly reports and ensure the monthly reports are delivered in a timely manner

2. Attend and coordinate with manager of operations the weekly supervisors meeting and ensure that minutes of the meeting and the report are delivered on weekly basis to the business development department
3. Assist in Client and customer satisfaction
4. assist in Trouble shooting issues
5. Assist in tender offers developments with the business development department
