• Lead top performing team within the automotive segment, consistently setting and breaking records.
• Coach team on all aspects of the sales process from customer acquisition to post sales account management.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, creating account plans, closing deals and producing reporting for forecasting, in addition to managing day to day activities to ensure sales success.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic cross-functional projects.
• Approve sales price offers while handling key customer’s problems. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure internal control development and implementation.
• Serve as an advisor for product development and special promotions.
• Communicate with potential clients, generating marketplace growth and distribution channels.
• Coordinate with Credit department regarding financing and credit deals.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and engage with clients throughout the sales pipeline to facilitate timely payment of receivables.
• Perform needs analysis and recommend accurate solutions including service, maintenance, road assistance, insurance and financing so as to provide complete offerings.
